What is the Care Fund?

The purpose of the Care Fund is to minister to individuals at Mosaic Church during a time of hardship or crisis by temporarily assisting them with their basic needs. Depending on the circumstances, assistance may also include financial counseling, training in household budgeting and/or debt management that would help the individual avoid potential hardships in the future. Our goal is to assist and empower people to be self-sustaining again.

Who is eligible?

Core group members and regular attenders

What is the process?

 All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 A mentor will be assigned to help meet the physical and spiritual needs.

 All assistance will be mailed directly to the service provider.

 All information will be kept confidential.

*More than one annual request, or multiple requests over time will be considered at the discretion of the Care Fund team.

How long does it take?

The process can take up to 10 days.

*All funds will be limited to $500 unless it falls under unexpected and specific emergency circumstances.
