We believe there is only one eternal God, and He has chosen to reveal Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the creator and sustainer of all things, visible and invisible.
We believe the 66 books of the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is inerrant, infallible, and reliable. We affirm that the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament are the final authority in faith and practice. In it, we have everything we need for life and godliness.
We believe God created us in His image but sin has marred that image, creating an eternal divide between God and humanity; therefore, every person is born in sin. In this fallen condition, humanity is physically alive but spiritually dead.
We believe the only way a person can be reconciled and have a forgiven relationship with God is through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary and conceived by the Holy Spirit. Jesus became man without ceasing to be God.
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and glorifies Jesus in all that He does. The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, indwells, guides, teaches, and empowers believers into the likeness of Christ.
We believe the church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a local body of believers on mission to advance and enlarge God's kingdom. The local church is autonomous, free of any external authority of control.
We believe believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the two ordinances of the church. These practices are ways to identify with Jesus and the church.
