Who we are
Mosaic Church is a place where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, engage in life-giving community, discover their gifts, and use them for God's glory. Our desire is to create one Mosaic family of people from "every nation, tribe, people and language." Come and experience life in Jesus with the rest of us. Hope to see you at church!
How we got started
Mosaic Church began as an ethnic worship community in 1991 with a group of Christian immigrants from Thailand. In 2019, the ethnic worship community refocused their strategy on reaching the second and third-generation by transitioning to a bilingual service. Like many immigrant churches who assimilated from their native language to English, Mosaic Church is now an English speaking congregation with the desire and passion to reach more people from many backgrounds, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.
Where we're headed
Within the next 2 decades, America and Rochester, Minnesota are on the precipice of a major shift in population diversity. The Church must engage now and prepare for this cultural shift if we are going to be effective in reaching and equipping the next generation. We are on mission together and we invite everyone to join us in reaching those who are not yet in the family of God.
